Branded content is hot these days, and I’m lucky to have learned the ropes at Microsoft’s innovative Branded Entertainment and Experiences Team, which created some early and notable forays in the online branded content space. Increasingly, brands are trying to walk the line between informing their customers about great products and inspiring them with great content.
